Check country, currency and workflow together
The language on a website does not determine where a POS fits. Check the operating country, fiscal setup, account currency and external-terminal workflow before comparing prices. The matrix below summarizes VoVi’s current country coverage.
Supported markets and explicit exclusions
VoVi currently supports both groups below. The second group requires the applicable fiscal-compliance provider. Confirm the fiscal configuration, any certification requirements and any separate service agreement for your business. Canada excludes restaurants in Québec. A country listing establishes general availability, while your own workflow and legal obligations still need to be checked before purchase. Use a sample receipt and a complete daily close to check the proposed local configuration.
| Configuration | Markets |
|---|---|
| Supported markets | United States; Canada excluding Québec restaurants; United Kingdom; Ireland; Australia; New Zealand; Switzerland; Netherlands; Finland; Estonia; Luxembourg; Iceland; Singapore; Hong Kong; Japan; Indonesia; Qatar; United Arab Emirates; South Africa; India. |
| Supported with a fiscal-compliance provider | Germany; Austria; Spain; Portugal; Italy; France; Sweden. |
| Excluded markets | Greece; Poland; Hungary; Romania; Bulgaria; Turkey; Mexico; Brazil; Philippines; Kenya; Malaysia; Saudi Arabia. |
One account, one country, one currency
Country setup supplies the appropriate operating currency, tax-inclusive or tax-added pricing, tax-ID labels, applicable cash rounding, store time zone and business-day start hour. One account uses one country and one currency. If you operate in two countries, use separate accounts. Do not plan a single account that simultaneously maintains several operating currencies or assume cross-country consolidation is included.
Language is a user preference
The app offers English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese and Chinese, switchable per user. POSFind’s website is available in English and Spanish. Those are different scopes: a Spanish-speaking business in an excluded market does not become eligible because Spanish appears in the interface. Likewise, staff can prefer one supported language while the account follows the rules of another supported operating country.
Software billing and card payments remain separate
International software costs US$99 per month per location. That is a USD software price, distinct from the store’s operating currency. In the US, software is US$0 monthly with VoVi’s processor or US$99 monthly per location with another processor. Processing and hardware costs are separate. Card payments use an external terminal; the VoVi application does not itself process cards. Confirm the chosen terminal, provider and reconciliation process for your location.
Turn a country match into a workable setup
Before committing, ask for a sample sale, return, receipt and closing report using the intended country configuration. Have the responsible adviser check the records your business needs. Validate specialized integrations and equipment separately. If your country is excluded or unlisted, availability is not established and needs a specific answer before you plan a rollout. You may still send an enquiry, and country is optional in the lead form; accepting a question does not change product eligibility.
