Country support, a required fiscal workflow, a specific payment arrangement and an essential integration can determine whether a system is usable at all. Identify those before preferences such as dashboard style. For an international operation, separate the country where the business trades from the language staff prefer. A translated interface does not establish payment availability or compliance for a country.

Then describe a working day

Choose the business category closest to your workflow and add the exceptions that define it. A café selling packaged beans still needs its drink-order process tested. A fashion shop with a small catalog may still depend on size exchanges and cross-location stock. Read the explanation and the gaps

• A likely fit means the available evidence supports further evaluation, not that every requirement is verified.
• An unknown capability needs a targeted question or demonstration; do not silently count it as supported.
• A failed essential requirement should outweigh a collection of appealing optional features.
